COMMON PICK UP QUESTIONS
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check your email for a shipment update. This email will contain a tracking number for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your shipping progress in their systems. You will then receive a separate email when your order has arrived.
HOW DO I FIND AND SET MY STORE LOCATION?
You can change your store location before purchasing in the pop-up that appears below the Add To Bag button. You can also view locations near you by heading to the top right-hand corner of the site and clicking on the pin icon to browse the stores closest to you. Alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of the site and click Store Locator beneath the help column, or you can click here.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IN STORE?
You have the option to return your order in-store or if it is within 30 days of purchase. View our SNIPES Return Policy.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT ISN'T AVAILABLE IN STORE?
In the event that "Pick Up In-Store" isn't available for your online item, it indicates that these items are not in stock at your chosen store. However, you can still choose to have them shipped to the store for easy pickup.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
The store will hold your order for 7 days. If you need more time, or the pickup date doesn’t work for you, please call the store and let them know.
