SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Overview: The Snipes Fresh Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) comprises five (5) weekly Entry Periods, one (1) each week August 11 through September 13, 2026, each with its own weekly drawing, plus one (1) final drawing at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period to randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. You may only enter one (1) time per weekly Entry Period, for a maximum of five (5) entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entry into each weekly Entry Period is separate. Entry into one Entry Period is not entry into any other Entry Period.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old and who (i) are enrolled in an accredited high school, junior high school, or middle school, and (ii) have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Sweepstakes if the student is under eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence (whichever is higher). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Jako Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), along with members of the immediate family or same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and all facts at any time, including, without limitation, by requiring proof of school enrollment and/or consent to participate (if applicable), and entrants agree to cooperate in any verification process/request.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 11, 2026, and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 13, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The five (5) separate Entry Periods occur on the dates listed below, with entry on each of those dates available only from 12:01:01 a.m. ET on the listed week’s start date to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the listed week’s end date (each an “Entry Period”):

Any attempt to enter outside an Entry Period is void. Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. See “Winner Determination and Notification” section below for timing of winner announcements.

3. How To Enter: During an Entry Period, complete all of the following steps:

A) Follow @SNIPES_USA on Instagram or TikTok (each a “Platform”).

B) On your own Platform account, make a post (an “Entry Post”) which contains one (1) or more image(s) and/or video(s) depicting yourself wearing your “freshest” (i.e., most stylish) outfit that you will wear or have worn on your first day back to school following the immediately preceding summer break (your “Outfit”) per the “Entry Post Guidelines” Section below, and tag @SNIPES_USA. Your Entry Post must depict you wearing only one (1) Outfit.

C) Include a caption on your Entry Post (your “Caption”) with the hashtag #SnipesFreshSweepstakes.

Entering the Sweepstakes requires having an account on Instagram or TikTok, both of which are free to create. Your account must be set to public so the Sponsor can see your Entry Post and Caption (collectively your “Entry Submission”). Limit one (1) entry per person and per Platform account per Entry Period. Maximum of five (5) entries per person and per Platform account during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Platform account. Use of any macro, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to submit Entry Posts or complete any other step above is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per Entry Period by using different or multiple email addresses, identities, Platform accounts, automatic entry software, or any other method is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event two or more eligible Entry Posts are substantially similar, only the first such Entry Post will be deemed valid.

Your Entry Submission must comply with the Platform’s image and/or video format requirements and terms of use, and may not contain any language or imagery which is lewd, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, all of which are grounds for disqualification. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify an Entry Submission for any reason at any time, including if the Entry Submission fails to conform to these Official Rules. Proof of posting or submission is not proof of accessibility of the posting or submission to Sponsor or anyone else. Each Entry Submission will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Platform account used when posting the Entry Post. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the social media account used to enter.

4. Entry Post Guidelines: Your Entry Submission must: (a) be your exclusive and original work; (b) be in English (c) be in keeping with Sponsor’s image, (d) not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity, (e) not contain any music or other audio content unless (i) such content is your exclusive and original work or (ii) you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions, (f) not contain any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to, brand names and slogans other than Sponsor’s, and (g) not depict or describe any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, lewd, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

If your Entry Submission depicts and/or names any recognizable person(s) other than you, then you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, including a signed publicity release, from such person(s). By submitting an Entry Submission, you warrant and represent that your Entry Submission has been created by you as an original work and that all required third-party licenses and/or releases (if any) have been obtained in writing, and you further grant to Sponsor, and to its licensees, successors and assigns, and any person or entity acting on such entities’ behalf, the irrevocable right and non-exclusive license to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcast and otherwise use your Entry Submission in any way in any medium whether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to posting such Entry Submission online on Sponsor’s website and social media pages and displaying such Entry Submission in Sponsor’s stores.

Failure to meet any of the requirements above, or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) reject any content it deems inappropriate for any reason, or (ii) remove references to third-party trademarks and/or slogans, recognizable persons other than the entrant, or other inappropriate content from an Entry Submission without disqualifying the Entry Submission where, in Sponsor’s determination, such change does not materially alter the Entry Submission and the entrant has otherwise attempted in good faith to comply with these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and/or receipt or use of the prize further constitutes the winner’s consent for use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unless prohibited by law).

5. Prizes:

Weekly Prizes: 2 weekly prizes are available for each of the five (5) Entry Periods:

• One (1) one-thousand-dollar ($1,000) SNIPES® gift card, subject to the standard terms for such card

• One (1) two-hundred-and-fifty-dollars ($250) in SNIPES® Reserve loyalty credit.

Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person and per Platform account, regardless of how many Entry Submissions you post.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available: A “Trip Package” for the Grand Prize Winner and up to two (2) guests to attend a VIP Experience to a concert, scheduled for the week of October 12, 2026 (exact date and other details to be confirmed) in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Concert”). Trip Package includes:

A) Round trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to two (2) from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to major airport near the Concert venue; provided, however, that if the Grand Prize Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Concert venue, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation

B) Two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;

C) Ground transportation to and from airport and hotel;

D) Three (3) VIP Experience Concert tickets, subject to standard terms from the issuer, including any and all terms printed on the tickets.

Trip Package ARV: Five-thousand ($5,000+) dollars.

General Prize Conditions: Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and no substitutions are offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. For Weekly Prizes, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes before the Trip Package will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner is a minor, the prize may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian who must supply all required documentation.

Trip Package Conditions: Actual value of the Trip Package may vary depending on departure city and mode and dates of travel; any difference between announced value and actual value will not be awarded. All travel arrangements, room selection, and other accommodations are subject to availability and Sponsor’s discretion. Any upgrades or changes requested by winner are at winner’s expense. Winner is solely responsible for all additional meals, beverages, transportation or other expenses or costs relating to the Trip Package not expressly set forth above. Major credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Winner and travel companion(s) must have all necessary photo ID, vaccination proof and/or other documents needed for air travel and must travel on the same itinerary. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be the winner’s parent or legal guardian. All other travel companions must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure, unless the travel companion is a sibling or friend of the winner with appropriate parental permissions and releases. All travel companions will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to ticketing. Any person taking part in the trip who is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also must execute all documents on behalf of the minor. Trip Package is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. All dates are subject to change. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation or postponement of any prize-related event, activity, or travel beyond Sponsor’s control, including delays or cancellation of travel or the planned Concert due to weather, public health restrictions, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. In the event the Concert is cancelled or postponed, the remainder of the Trip Package will be delivered as the complete prize.

Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential Grand Prize Winner or any potential guest has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential Grand Prize Winner may be disqualified and the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. The potential Grand Prize Winner and each potential guest must also comply with all requirements for proper and appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities and while at prize-related facilities. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or facility.

6. Odds: Odds of winning in any given drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.

7. Winner Determination and Notification:

Selection of Weekly Prize Winners: About two (2) days after the conclusion of each weekly Entry Period, the potential “Weekly Winner[s]” for the applicable weekly Entry Period will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during that weekly Entry Period. Each potential Weekly Winner will be notified about two (2) days after the conclusion of the applicable Entry Period, via direct messaging on the Platform used to post. No liability is assumed for any notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by an individual for any reason. Failure to respond to any notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Weekly Winner. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The potential Weekly Winner may be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a license of rights in his/her Entry Submission, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents”) prior to being declared a Weekly Winner. If a potential Weekly Winner is a minor under the laws of his/her state of residence, the parent or legal guardian of such potential Weekly Winner may be required to ratify and sign all required documents. If a potential Weekly Winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Weekly Winner may be selected.

Selection of Grand Prize Winner: On or about five (5) days after conclusion of Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential “Grand Prize Winner” will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified on or about two (2) days after the 5 day period above via direct messaging on the Platform used to post. No liability is assumed for any notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by an individual for any reason. Failure to respond to any notification within five (5) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner.

8. Additional Rules: By participating, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device or other property related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Entry Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion or sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. If the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, is terminated before the designated end date, to the extent possible, winner(s) in the affected drawing(s) will be selected from among all eligible entries unaffected by any error. Inclusion in such modified drawing(s) shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

9. Liability: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes the liability of the Sponsor for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (and if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian) further agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or prize shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Philadelphia, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey Residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

10. Privacy Policy: By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s manner of collection and usage of any personal information you submit, all of which is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.snipesusa.com/privacy-policy.html.

11. Winner Name: For the winner names, available after five (5) days after Grand Prize Winner notification date, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Snipes Fresh Sweepstakes Winner Names.” Winner name requests must be received by September 25, 2026.

13. Social Media Platform: By participating, you release Instagram and TikTok, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, and advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
