Following the frenzied release of the Air Jordan 1 High “Shattered Backboard” in 2015, the orange-white-and-black color combination has become a mainstay in Jordan Brand's palette. It's been announced that an Air Jordan 1 Low will receive the board-breaking scheme this August, but luckily, you won't have to wait until then to get your hands on a similarly-dressed Air Jordan 1.
Later this month, the brand is set to unleash a new, electrifying take on Mike's first signature silhouette. Dubbed “Electro Orange,” this colorway comes clad in white leather, which dresses the toeboxes, side panels, heels, and ankle-collar flaps. Black leather is employed on the mudguards, eyestays, and Swooshes, giving the proposition a “Black Toe”–esque appearance.
As the name suggests, vibrant hits of “Electro Orange” add some much needed flair to the pair. It colors the leather ankle collars, Nike Air–branded tongue tabs, and rubber outsoles.
The Air Jordan 1 High “Electro Orange” is slated to drop July 17th on JimmyJazz.com in both men's and grade-school sizing. Retail is set at $170 and $130, respectively.
