DETROIT STAND UP! 313 Day is back and it’s a day to honor a community that’s based on resiliency, innovation, and community. Since 2021, SNIPES has been enhancing the occasion with events that unite people and showcase the city’s distinctive culture.
We’re getting more aggressive this year. The main goal of our 313 Day Campaign is to create a community-connecting experience. As part of a mobile activation, we’re turning the SNIPES truck into a vibrant pop-up store that draws inspiration from Detroit’s vibrancy. Prepare for limited-edition sneakers, graffiti-style artwork, and interactive features that elevate this place above a simple retail destination.
From Redford to Eastgate, we’re visiting several spots throughout the city, so everyone has the opportunity to drop by, view the exclusive 313 colorways, and participate in the experience. Music, on-site shoe customization, and a setting that captures Detroit’s creative spirit will all be featured on the truck.
SNIPES and adidas team up yet again to release TWO exclusive sneakers that capture the essence of the city. With its classic white, black, and red color scheme, the adidas Forum Hi 313 honors Detroit’s basketball heritage. The 313 Top Ten, on the other hand, flips last year’s collaboration, giving a well-known silhouette a new look. Every detail, including the embossed heel, the “D” hang tags, the co-branded wrapping paper, and the three metal-tipped lacing alternatives, embodies Detroit’s toughness and inventiveness.
Our official 313 Day After-Party will be held at The Norwood to cap it all off. This 21+ event will have a dance floor, a celebrity DJ, and an energy-filled setting that captures the city’s spirit. Visitors can use a dedicated photo booth to take pictures, personalize their sneakers with distinctive accessories, and engage with an augmented reality graffiti wall.
313 Day is all about honoring Detroit’s unique culture, energy, and people. By uniting the community and keeping the city bustling, SNIPES is honored to be a part of the movement.
